The Main House

An expansive living room anchored by a stone fireplace — the kind that gets used on a cool Hill Country evening even in October. The kitchen has a chef-style gas range and more counter than you'll use, which is the point. Bar-style seating for when dinner turns into a late one.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Primary suite with a king bed. A second bedroom with two queens. A third bedroom with a full-size bed. Sleeps eight, center of gravity for the weekend.

The Cowgirl Cabin

A private studio across the breezeway from the Main House. King bed, luxury bedding, hand-painted wood floors, and blackout curtains that mean business. There's a small collection of cowgirl memorabilia on the walls — it's the detail guests photograph the most.

Personal TV, ensuite full bathroom. The room the grandparents request when they rebook.

The Barn House

A red barn from the outside. Inside: an open-concept great room with a vintage-style refrigerator, navy cabinets, vaulted ceilings, and a fireplace — the full post-freeze renovation. A wraparound deck where the kids will end up regardless of your plans.

Two bedrooms — a queen and a bunk room — connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with two toilets (one on each end), a big soaking tub in the middle, and a walk-in shower. Sleeps five. The Barn House is the one kids remember when they're telling their friends about the trip.

The 25 acres are the whole point

The pool catches the late afternoon light and turns gold for about fifteen minutes before dusk. The stargazing deck is where the trip always ends up after dinner. The walking paths open up through mesquite so you can see for miles.
