Adobe Creek Ranch is the same property on both platforms. Booking direct saves you the 14-17% Airbnb guest service fee — we pass most of it back as a lower rate. You still get instant confirmation, secure payment through Stripe, and the same house once you arrive.
A deposit is charged at booking. The balance is charged 30 days before check-in. We'll email you a reminder a few days before the balance runs.

Yes — email hello@adobecreekranch.com with your dates and we can place a 48-hour courtesy hold for weddings and large-group reservations. For standard bookings, availability is first-come, first-served.
